Clinical registry work asks people to find, interpret, and compare information spread across complex records. Fivos Health wanted to test whether human-reviewed AI could reduce that repetitive burden while preserving qualified review for high-consequence decisions.

Build in the open

Actual Reality organized the first phase around a tight eight-week delivery window and weekly demonstrations. Instead of disappearing into a long build, the team put working software in front of domain experts, collected feedback, and used it to shape the next increment.

From demonstration to production direction

The engagement produced working AI-assisted abstraction and decision-support experiences for a major industry demonstration. Just as important, it gave both teams concrete evidence about what should be strengthened for production, including operating controls, integration, and multi-organization use.

What the progress means
